7/2008 – 11/2009

As project manager responsible for the outsourcing of front-and back-end applications and workstation deployment of various departments of Rijkswaterstaat, as part of the program to the total ICT outsourcing of Rijkswaterstaat, a total of 15,000 workstations and 3,000 applications. The applications (including critical) are generally virtualized.

4/2007 – 6/2008

As project manager responsible for the migration of back-end applications. In total 64 complex and business critical (various operating systems) applications converted to the Windows platform of the new supplier (using P2V and P2P). This project has made intensive use of so-called "link management" to make the very complex relationships between applications transparent. Also responsible for the staffing of the project, consisting of project managers, service managers and technical specialists.
