Located on Customer site (the biggest Pharma customer of IBM Switzerland) I coordinated the delivery (out of Switzerland, Czech Republic and Hungary)
of the contractually agreed SAP HR services to the Customer.
Ensured timely resolution& completion (within SLA targets), according to the agreed processes for incidents, changes, problems (and requests) across
all delivery groups.
Generated the service delivery reports on regular basis and clarified them with Customer designees (eg. SLA attainment reports, Capacity Management
reports, Incident reports).

As EMEA Request for Services Project Manager, located within IBM Switzerland new Business Delivery team, I improved the IT Delivery process
and ensured the interlocks to other processes at geography level (e.g. Projects Control, Contract Change Management, Baselines updates) and towards
other involved competencies.
Managed a small team of 6 RFS Managers located in different countries (Switzerland, Poland and Hungary).
Part of the Account Team (for the biggest Pharma customer of IBM Switzerland), I managed the creation and implementation of the responses for different
Request for Services and prepared the Statements of Work.
On Customer site, I gathered the requirements in the Solution Development Process and worked together with the Customer, architects, technical solution
managers, pre-sales engineers and Legal team in different IT areas (Wintel, Unix, Oracle, SQL).
Defined fixed price contract for maintenance & governance and transition together with time & material contracts and firm fixed price for different other
projects (development projects, service requests and consulting projects - selling fixed amount of capacity) (500/600 projects per year).
Met the SLA for delivering an answer about the proposal/ offer date (within 5 working days) and worked with different SLAs for project delivery, including
responsibilities, availabilities and quality of services - from initiation to implementation (from 2 days up to 3 months delivery time depending on the complexity
of the request).
Used different Rate cards available as a basic for the whole GMSA (Global Master Statement Agreement) contract, split in Contractual rates and special
rates defined in RFS contracts - in total there were 39 rate cards.
Defined repeatable services in maintenance area - minor enhancements and predefined service catalogues.

Located within IBM Denmark team, I provided a suitable model to help reduce IT delivery costs and implemented the strategic approach defined within
the Global Resourcing Program for the biggest Danish banking customer of IBM.
Coordinated the Cross Competency Program team (including 7 Project Managers) and provided the structure, planning and approach for execution of
the agreed scope which were confirmed through close communications with Service Line managers.
Transferred, without disruption to the client, the IBM Business As Usual (BAU) services (250 FTE – full time equivalent workload), delivered in Denmark,
to 3 worldwide locations of Integrated Delivery Centers (EMEA, India, and South Africa).
Planned the budget, tracked and compared the spending.

Within the Nordic team, I managed multiple competency teams within the Transition & Transformation project and collected data from local businesses
and administration database.
Transitioned 150 FTE – full time equivalent workload, out of which 30 FTE during 2 month for a specific Norwegian Pharma Account.
Worked closely with customers and transferred the defined scope of services classified as BAU (Business as Usual) to 3 different worldwide Integrated
Delivery Centers (IDC) so that only 3rd level support together with physical interventions (“hands & eyes”) remained locally in the country where servers
