Projektbeschreibung
We are helping our client, a private bank in Zurich, in their search for an Sales Management Specialist (A).
Tasks
Take ownership of sales management deliverables and/or activities, e.g.:
• Solution / process design
• Drive implementation
• Drive change management
Support Product Owners with:
• Creation of content for enhancement of existing and development of new sales management elements in cocreation with specialists and stakeholders across the organisation
• The organisation and facilitation of workshops, meetings and events
Furthermore:
• Build relationships across the various (Front Office) functions and geographies within the organisation
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to drive initiatives ‘bottom up’
• Contribute to agile ceremonies
Requirements
• University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with sales management, front office and/or change management responsibilities
• Practical & theoretical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other agile frameworks would be a plus
• Fluency in English
Soft skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority are helpful
• Customer-centric mindset with a can-do attitude and excellent team-working ability
• Strong communication skills and comfortable managing stakeholders
• The ability to navigate complex organisations and to deal with ambiguity
