I make cloud platforms defensible — technically, financially, and in front of a regulator.

For 20 years I have built the infrastructure that banks, insurers and logistics groups run their critical services on: Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, AXA, PostNord, Red Hat, Fujitsu. The work has moved up the stack over time — from hands-on OpenShift and Kubernetes engineering to Cloud Centers of Excellence, governance frameworks, and the conversation with CTOs and boards about what all of it actually returns.

Today I lead the Infrastructure & Security domain at Elitmind, building secure Azure Landing Zones and regulatory-aligned CCoE models for regulated industries. I created the InfraSec Landing Zone framework, which puts maturity assessment, risk heatmaps, DORA/NIS2 gap analysis and executive reporting into one structured model.

Where I am useful:
• Secure, compliant landing zones on Azure and OpenShift - designed once, auditable continuously
• AI adoption that survives contact with the EU AI Act: OpenShift AI, Azure AI Foundry, LLM hosting, GPU platform economics
• DORA and NIS2 readiness treated as architecture, not paperwork
