- Led embedded software teams of 3–5 engineers across three concurrent projects, including planning, task
breakdown, prioritization, effort estimation, and technical guidance.
- Implemented a C bootloader within 3 months, enabling in-field firmware updates and removing the need
for product disassembly during servicing.
- Worked directly with customers and external stakeholders to clarify requirements, align product scope,
and drive prioritization and delivery planning.
- Provided technical leadership for an embedded GUI project on an RF handheld detection device using
LVGL, C++, and STM32U5, while mentoring a junior engineer.
- Led delivery of a production test application for an e-bike manufacturer to verify PCBA functionality in
manufacturing; deployed on thousands of devices per year using Python, C, and NXP S32K3.
 Supervised the embedded firmware development of a trade-show demonstrator, contributing to both
concept development and technical execution using STM32, C, and PID control.
