I am a Freelance Aviation Quality Specialist with 12+ years of experience in cabin interiors – especially galleys, seats and cabin components – for major OEMs and suppliers such as Airbus (Finkenwerder/Toulouse), Boeing (Everett), Safran, Jamco and others.

My core expertise is in quality inspection and quality management: First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process inspections (IPI), final inspections, audit preparation and execution, root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).

In addition to hands-on inspection work, I have several years of experience in quality management, including maintaining EASA Part-145 approval, drafting and maintaining the Quality Management Manual (QMH), and working with quality management systems according to ISO 9001 and 9100. I am a TÜV-certified Quality Management Specialist (QMF) and experienced in internal and external audits.

Typical tasks I support my clients with:
– FAI, IPI and final inspections for cabin interiors (galleys, seats, stowages, VIP furniture)
– On-site quality support at OEMs and suppliers
– Audit preparation, execution and follow-up (EASA Part-145, ISO 9001 / 9100)
– Root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
– SAP-based documentation and process handling

I am based in the Hamburg area (Germany) and available for freelance projects across Europe.
