o Building a selected representative product to present comprehensively AVC possibilities

• Assessing the present status of AVC implementation on configurable Products with very complicated Product structure
• Sparring the future converting from VC to AVC and adopting AVC specific features
• Documenting the advantages and usability of AVC for Global IT department for better understanding
• As a member of Metso’s Global IT, supporting Business teams
o Reporting to Program Management the Implementation progress with especially with PP and PP-PI Process and PP Master data (Material Master, Production version and VC related BoM’s and Routings) implementations and testing
o specifying development path for centralized Master Data Governance with PDM integration
• Validating and enhancing Company’s documentation on VC, QM and PP areas

• Variant Configurator development details at 2016 including Sales Configurator enhancements. Continuing at 2018 to develop a new kind of VC based solution for of PP Master data using 2-level Variant Configurator as Material Variants with PP master data (super-BOM, super-Routing).
• MM & PP implementations in Italy and Finland, 2018.
o Included developing the specification and integration of Configured Material Variants of Configurable Material with MES.
• After Implementation project, a new SPOC responsibility at ALM service for VC, MM and PP areas. Building the new super-BoM & super task list solution additionally with old Plants in USA, Spain and Italy.
