Manage end to end testing to implement FATCA rules across 40 solutions at UBS to decommission withholding tax rules and implement new WHT Tax regulations. This role involves performing both project manager tasks and team leader tasks overseeing the testing as well as UAT coordination with business in 50 different applications for MDP October.

Coordinate End 2 End testing and UAT teams in Financing through 4 MDP releases including Mortgage and Loans, Kredite, Collateral and reproduced on the German landscape. I was the deputy Project Manager delivering new release in their absence.

Coordinated 5 teams of Luxembourg and Swiss testers. This included end to end integration of 50 feeds into the existing Credit Suisse framework. Coordinate UAT through many releases and in charge of reporting. Coordinate end to end testing with UAT with 40 different XML feeds. Trained three business analysts on the middle tool and front end systems.
