- Conceptualized and led the successful implementation of differentiated supply chain planning approaches at a manufacturer of mining equipment in a challenging Engineer-to-Order environment
- Introduced a holistic approach to managing several improvement initiatives at a manufacturer of mining equipment by devising an innovative “big picture” of operations approach to ensure tight integration between these initiatives
- Conceptualized and led the development of a set of tools for MRP parameterisation, master data cleansing and lead time compression for a manufacturer of mining equipment. Use of the lead time compression tool led to reduction in order to delivery lead time of over 40% for certain prime products
- Analysed supply chain performance issues and persuaded a client specialising in manufacturing of mining equipment, with the help of detailed quantitative analyses and a business case, to embark on a project to revamp its processes and systems

Assessed supply chain capabilities at a manufacturer of consumer durables using an elaborate maturity model framework and created a comprehensive roadmap for improving processes and systems and generating value from client’s investments:

- Conducting workshops to assess current state supply chain planning and execution processes
- Perform supply chain maturity assessment to identify improvement opportunities
- Guide client in the process of linking improvement opportunities to improvement levers
- Explore scenarios for implementation, prioritizing initiatives that had been assessed to have high benefit potential
- Ensure seamless handover to IT and business process work streams
- Moderate alignment sessions to get client buy-in on findings and recommendations
