Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor performance like speed vs. torque, output power, core loss, solid loss in magnets, direct and quadrature axis inductance and efficiency has been calculated using the Finite Element Analysis and optimized the design for 80kW of maximum output power and 190Nm maximum torque for hybrid vehicle application.
Developed Transverse Flux Reluctance Motor concept for e-Bike application. Executed the design optimization and Proof of Concept (PoC) by Electromagnetic Finite Element Simulation to deliver the design goal of 500W maximum output power and 20Nm maximum Torque.
Developed Claw pole eddy current brake concept for E-clutch application used in hybrid vehicle. Carried out the design optimization and Proof of Concept (PoC) by Electromagnetic Finite Element Simulation to deliver the design goal of 3.5Nm torque at 1000rpm disc speed.
