Act as a Transition Project and Program Manager in order to apply professional methodologies, practices and techniques to lead project and perform end-to-end activities related to project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, budgeting and closing.

Responsible for internal, strategic and WW projects to ensure they meet all scope, budget and quality expectations through planning, controlling and managing level. BID PM& Delivery PM for Networking and Consulting Projects. Mostly for automotive customers in Germany/ VW, BMW etc./
