- Product Owner of the PPM analytics for CBS. Applied Big data techniques for standardization, clean-up and governance of the reporting process and analytics (Power BI).
- Stood up a team of Regional Portfolio Leads to drive the execution of the CBS Portfolio in alignment of the CBS Strategy and Cargill priorities.
- Executed the road-map of transformation/migration of services in the region of Europe, Middle East and Africa (+1000 FTEs)
- Implemented a lean process for migration of services in EMEA region.

- Coordinated and integrated Supply Chain projects portfolio in the Enterprise IT Shared Services of Coca Cola Hellenic (ca. 120 initiatives per year, 28 countries).
- Run successfully as a PMO the biggest Supply Chain transformations – PLATO (Lean and Agile Procurement) and ICSC (Integrated Supply Chain)
- Developed the Portfolio and Program Management practices for the entire group.
- Acted as a Release Manager - established the Release Management Process framework for the continuous delivery of new software enhancements, bug fixes, upgrade features).
- Promoted to Business Intelligence Lead (ca. 10 employees) – supported the SAP BI solution and its deployment trough all countries
- Initially started as and SAP Consultant/Project Manager - managed large scale of cross-team and cross-service projects for customers.
