- Opened the first non-English speaking country (Spain) for GoFundMe and helped launching France, Germany and Italy through management of local teams ensuring viability of countries' strategies
- Reached an audience of over 600M people on Social Media with a curated Video Strategy which led to a brand awareness of almost 20% in the first 6 months. Budget was limited to 2.000€ per month.
- Coordinated International Marketing contributing to an incremental growth of new campaigns of 10% monthly
- Built and managed the International PNL for all markets to improve ROI per market.
- Led international product improvements initiatives such as the market research in Germany to improve our Homepage Conversion Rate by +106% on mobile and +40% on desktop.
