Understanding & Analyzing the change request Impact in terms of safety and documenting the changes and conclusion on whether safety analysis is required or not. Based on the conclusion if required performing the software safety analysis as per company internal process based on the requirements and architecture. Also documenting the Software safety mechanism specification based on the existing safety mechanisms and aligning them with system safety.
Confirmation reviews of safety work products as per ISO26262 process.
Possess good knowledge on safety work products like Item Definition, Impact Analysis Functional safety concept and Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment
