Gather intelligence, conduct research and prepare policy briefings, updates, analyses, position papers, presentations on the following policy areas: cyber security, data protection, EU Data Strategy, data localization, open source, privacy, artificial intelligence, e-government, e-health, financial services, EU funding and budget, blockchain, etc.
Design plans for government outreach and thought leadership by providing analysis of emerging or existing EU legislation and EU policy initiatives
impacting the company.
Prepare engagement planning for senior executives and Board Members, policy priority planning for the EU team.
Provide strategic insights to sales teams on progress of key EU programs and potential business opportunities, serve local business development.
Engage, further build and maintain a strong network of trusted relationships with relevant members of the public policy / governmental communities.
Support EMEA team: perform and manage procurement processes, workflows; managing invoices, act as a point of contact for vendors and partners; execute budget planning and budget management, complete HR processes.
Support the Head of Government Affairs EMEA: calendar management, organizing meetings, workshops internally and externally, travel arrangements, organizing agenda for business trips execute budget planning and budget management, act as a point of contact for invitations/meeting requests.
Provide communication (talking points, social media), organizational support for senior executives at EU high-level conferences, meetings.
Work closely across teams to ensure the company’s consistent position and messaging on several policy areas.
Represent the company in ICT industry associations, relevant events, conferences.
