• Leads the onshore and offshore test team for the IAM Testing project.
• Playing an Individual contribution role in Testing various components of AURA Platform
• Also, playing the role of automation test Lead for IAM applications
• Work in Agile Methodology based Testing life cycle
• Testing of provisioning workflows and policies in accordance with standards
• Testing of Access requests and workflows E2E
• Testing Recertification, ReOrg and Transfer processes E2E
• Verifying the rules, roles and access policies
• Verifying the Onboarding of new applications into Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Work closely with Business/BA/Dev teams to understand the scope of testing and to plan QA activities.
• Test Design and Test Execution, Defect reporting and Defect Tracking to closure
• Create and Execute Automation scripts as applicable
• Perform UAT testing and Production sanity testing
• Reporting QA Metrics through ALM tool
• Active participation in Sprint Planning, Grooming sessions and daily stand-up meetings.
