Installation and configuration of MS windows through USB images, managing users’ profile in active directory. Installation and troubleshooting MS office 365, Adobe, Cisco client VPN, printers, Symantec antivirus, and other related software.
Work as a helpdesk in Service-Now ticketing system, provide remote support to home office users using VPN, MS teams and telephone calls.
Replacing hardware and patching. IT related items inventory and make request for new purchases. Smartphone’s setup and configuration, creating Apple ID, adding company email account, backup users contacts, and files.
