• Co- Created the firm’s site search strategy and implemented it in North and East London
• Dealt with highly asset specific classes such as HMOs including an illegally used hostel
• Conducted due diligence with recommendations to actions on brownfield sites to account for planning requirements, and comparable evidence, that includes:
o Pricing of sales values
o Pricing of rental options, considering multi-let flats (WGs) or unit rent
o Assessment planning requirements at London and borough level and their impact on our assumptions
o Architectural sketching to estimate unit layout given floorplans
o Reverse analyze completed deals by competitors to arrive at capitalization rates
• Conducting development appraisals and scenario analyses on over 20 sites
• Solely and fully responsible for bidding on: 200 unit scheme student housing in Manchester; 80 unit office-to-resi PRS scheme in Canary Wharf; park to C3 housing in Fulham
• Achieved an audience within 5 hours with the minister for housing in Tower Hamlets to pre let 80 units for long-term emergency accommodation in line to de-risk the project

• Conducting valuations of various asset classes within commercial real estate in all EMEA markets.
• Solely responsible for a sale valuation of a Shopping Centre in Germany in the range of EUR 125 m

• Reduced process time to transfer Excel data of tenancy information into Argus ValCap ERP from 4 - 5 days for 1200 records across 110 properties to 10 minutes using SQL coding
