● Active customer development of existing high-value
customers to increase utilization and satisfaction
● Increasing the renewal rate
Individual tasks:
● Conducting user training (entire onboarding process) via
phone, screen sharing, webinar or on-site
● Contributing to product development (identifying feature
gaps, product issues, etc./ identifying market needs)
● Influencing customer segmentation to sharpen our ICP
● Supporting and advising customers within customer
development processes and projects (CLM process)
● Supporting and representing the company at trade fairs
and customer events
● Capturing and documenting all customer contacts and
maintaining existing data records and configurations in the
company's administration and CRM systems
● Contract negotiation and consultation in the event of
terminations and, in some cases, customer win-backs (in
cooperation with Account Management)
