• Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R2 Upgrade Project - In-Place upgrade of 100+ Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2019 (95% Virtual, 5% Physical)
• Updating BIOS & ILO versions on all physical Servers in the environment
• DFS-R Implementation for 5 DFS-R Servers located worldwide for the replication of software across the locations; China, Germany, Hungary, Singapore & USA
• License Server Clean Up - Working with various departments to ensure valid license files were being used, and configuring static ports for the various vendor/daemon executables to reduce the security risk that random high ports can pose. This was for the Illumio project which enforced/block traffic that was not allowed
• Building of Windows Server 2022 in the Azure environment
• Provisioning/Decommissioning of Windows & Linux Servers (both Physical & Virtual) following the ITIL Process; such as Windows Server 2019 & 2022; Fedora Server 38, Fedora Workstation 38, & Ubuntu Server 22.04.4 LTS
• Liaising with HP Technical Services for the replacement of faulty HP equipment i.e. Servers, Memory Modules, Hard disks, etc.
• Worked on the SID History Project which required running the SID History tool to clear SID History on various network shares
