• Re-implemented a mission-critical web application to create and publish real estate listings with React
• Used an incremental approach to support one real estate type after another
• Implemented a modern responsive user interface that significantly increased the adoption rate of the new app and accelerated the migration away from the legacy app
• Used a DevOps approach to ship fully tested features on a weekly basis

MISSION-CRITICAL APP TO GENERATE REAL ESTATE LISTINGS (PROTOTYPE)

• Implemented a React-based prototype and used A/B Testing to verify that the new app version performed at least as well or better than the legacy app
• Created a strategy to replace the existing legacy app based on Angular with a new React-based app
• Evaluated whether the Angular-based legacy app could be updated and maintained any longer
• Applied critical updates to an Angular-based legacy app after the original developers left the organization
