• Project: Responsible for setting up & driving a transformational program cutting across the Product &

Engineering organisation, enabling the company for further growth with a scalable microservies based
platform.
• Methods: setting up SteerCos, governance, roadmaps, stakeholder meetings, risk & dependency
management, performance tracking, facilitate trade-o decisions
• Top result: extracted many core capabilities from monolithic architecture into microservices significantly
improving API performance

@PARK NOW - App Convergence across markets (Apr '20 - Jun '21)
• Role: Program Manager, Strategic Initiative Owner, team of 20
• Project: converging our market-leading parking apps across Europe to one codebase, replacing several
apps with 1 app. Involving a complete re-design of apps, merging codebases, assessing feature parity,
assess market impact and business case.
• Methods: board presentations, DevOps, design thinking, market impact assessments, UX user studies
• Top result: completed the companyʼs major strategic initiative resulting in a dramatic increase of app
ratings across markets, approved by the board and our users.

(client) Leading Construction Company - Corporate Start-Up (Mar '19 - Apr '20)
• Role: Project Lead, team of 15
• Project: develop a leading digital construction platform to transform collaboration on projects by
digitizing & automating workflows
• Methods: strategic market positioning & business modelling, agile DevOps, design thinking
• Top result: over 2 years, becoming the new corporate standard for construction workers during project
execution, with 100% adoption internally

(client) Major Steel Producer – Digital Partnership (Jan '19 - Feb '20)
• Role: Project Lead, team of 6
• Project: part of a digital innovation initiative & digital product development, experimenting by using AI
to better serve steel-engineers in making decisions
• Methods: PRINCE 2 methodology, user-interviews, stakeholder workshops and agile product
development.
• Top result: time it takes to decide (for an engineer answering a customer) down from days to minutes.

(client) Engineering Consultancy - Digital Partnership (Nov ʼ17 - Dec '18)
• Role: Global Digital Incubation Manager
• Project: advise Global Digital leaders in identifying business opportunities and ʼthink like a start-upʼ, how
to progress from initial idea to a design prototype and minimal viable product (MVP) while leveraging
working Agile and Design Thinking. Also, define target operating model for Global Digital team.
• Method: Lean Start up methodology (e.g., business model canvas), presentations and output reviews
• Top result: advised what top teams to select for funding (to develop MVP, 1.5 M budget) and structured
operating model of global digital team.

(client) Energy startup – Strategy Review for platform partnership (Jul '17– Sept ʼ17)
• Role: Digital Strategy Consultant
• Project: exploration with energy start-up for platform partnership and draed strategy for international
expansion: market sizing, go-to-market strategy & positioning, technology strategy and financial
estimation.
• Method: market research, expert input gathering and workshops.
