In Projekten verfolge ich nicht dogmatisch "meinen Agilen Weg" und zwinge ihn in das Unternehmen. Stattdessen fokussiere ich mich zunächst auf die vorhandenen Strukturen, um auf dieser Basis resiliente Systeme zu schaffen. Dies ermöglicht es uns, das Unwesentliche zu eliminieren und gleichzeitig Neues und Besseres zu schaffen, während wir die wesentliche DNA, die bereits vorhanden ist, bewahren.
Bei meiner Arbeit lebe ich eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und strebe von Tag 1 an kontinuierliche Verbesserungen an.
