Integration of existing control and quality management tools from Tableau perspective into the banks future data architecture, implementing new ticketing systems to improve user and data governance across 28 different sites with 6k users across all of them. Drafting Tableau Infrastructure design documents for Tableau server installation and upgrades as well as POC, Blueprint and Solution Designs. Upgrading the server and its infrastructure to better suit business needs, and enabling LBLM which is located in a separate small server due to data sensitivity, together with Active directory roles and setup of those. Acting as a community manager to activate and connect Tableau users across the company, by implementing new learning materials and a user forum. Managing and further developing Risk, Sanctions, Media, HR, and Advisory reports.

Working closely with the senior leadership building and designing end-to-end BI projects across verticals. Design data pipeline, ETL, Manage Tableau server on scalability, improving performance, upgrades, user management, data extract management, jobs scheduling, performance monitoring, challenging business requirements and dashboard development. Taking over the old reporting suite, strategically and accurately tested, cleaned and standardized report and data to meet business standards and requirements as well as contribute to in-house Knowledge base / Confluence site.

Responsible for developing Alteryx data flows from various data sources, design of reports, implementation of reporting dashboards which covered 11 different languages for users in over 30 different countries. Monitoring data storage, continuously increase automation and optimization, creating wireframes for new dashboards and existing reports, documenting work processes, reviewing and validating data, collaborating with data engineers and fixing the issues.
