Supported the A1 Center of Intelligent Automation as Scrum Master of a Team of Consultants, who were working on the Redesign and Optimization of end-2-end Processes and the Discovery of new potentials to fill the backlog of the development teams.
With my support, we as a team developed a new team setup, including vision, responsibilities and agreed goals, as well as developed and implemented a new, agile workflow tailored to the special requirements of team.

Supported 3 teams at KNAPP Systemintegration during their entire SCRUM team life cycle from scratch, including:

- SCRUM Trainings & Workshops
- Transition phase from their old workflow to an agile workflow
- Scrum Master support after kick-off
- Knowledge Transfer & Handover to newly trained Scrum Masters
- Agile Coach support as they became more and more self-organized
- Supported the organization and its customers in its agile evolution and in developing a more agile mindset
- Providing Customized and Hands-on SCRUM Trainings & Workshops for Customers, enabling a smooth start of their new Scrum Teams
