• Development of automated tests for back-end using Python and Pytest
• Using an inhouse testing platform called Blackbox (using Bitbucket, Docker, Nix package manager, Minikube (Kubernetes))
• Experience with Virtualization/ Containerization, CI/CD
• We've been using CentOS virtual machines for Blackbox testing and also for SSH connection to test servers for UAT testing
• Recently we migrated to Citrix environment (DICE)
• Manage feedback, prioritizes defects and communicates with developers to ensure proper resolution
• Maintain consistent dialogue with product owners and software developers throughout development and test cycles
• Take active part in improvement of QA process and practices and be on-trend regarding QA tools and technologies
• Collaboration and coordination with developers to understand technical changes and to automate tests
• Improve testing infrastructure and involve a various set of external tools
• Take part and influence R&D efforts, be part of design meetings, sprint planning and such
• Investigate production issues to improve total product quality

• Executes functional/ NF test procedures in order to test complex from backend and UI perspective customer self-service and back-office applications
• Experience in testing of Java-based microservices exposing REST APIs including authorization and validating responses
• Experience with test case management and bug tracking systems - tracks and reports on test execution (JIRA)
