- Assembled and led a cross-functional development team comprising six individuals and engaged external service providers (four individuals) to successfully implement, launch, and operate the first cloud-based B2B SaaS products for PwC Germany, such as startup.pwc-evaluation.com.
- Established and led a product management unit with three direct reports, responsible for systems such as a tax-focused document management system and a container orchestration platform. Evangelized the product owner role within the IT department.
- Formed a product management community of practice with 30 members, facilitating the sharing of transformation experiences across PwC regarding the transition from projects to products.

Agile Transformation Lead
- Recruited and led a transformation team of agile coaches and organizational developers (7 direct reports) to enable business agility for the IT department (about 200 FTE)
- Subject matter expert for the development of a new PwC performance and career model promoting agility and a team-first approach to gain greater productivity and customer focus
- Implemented an IT-wide, scaled Kanban system (Flight Levels) based on customer-centric value streams to optimize forecast quality and speed of IT delivery by focussing on flow
