- Implemented an widely automatized monthly financial reporting to advisory board and shareholders, reducing time to prepare the monthly reporting from ~20 days to 1 day
- Led the 3 FTEs of the strategic finance team on an interim basis
- Harmonized and improved internal financial systems, reducing monthly manual data reconciliation effort by >50%
- Structured and prepared the transition from an external financial reporting vendor to an in-house setup
