Achievements:
• Key contributor to reach ASPICE Level 2 Certification
• Alignment of the software requirements area to the defined process in order to contribute to a
standardized, systematic and well-documented software development. Since then, the functionalities have a minimal risk of errors as they are identified earlier and lead time of development improved
• The internal gaps metric of the software requirements area was decreased with 250+ items eliminating all past gaps

• Performing static code analysis to ensure correctness

Achievements:

• Key contributor in development of verification criteria to demonstrate that requirements defined by the architecture can be verified within agreed constraints. Major impact: gaps raised at the integration test level, architecture documentation improved.
• Contributing to the alignment of the software component design area to the defined process in order to have a standardized work product. Major impact: onboarding time of the new colleagues reduced

Achievements:
• Developing from scratch the integration testing level for each one of the functionalities of the team. Major impact: setting up an automated integration test suite of 400+ tests which led to reporting problems as missing configuration of parameters, wrong scheduling time, not enough resources.
• Key contributor to achieve internal assessment of integration test level - fully qualification
