In this project my role was to make concept and design first for 1 iPad application. In summary I was involved in process of defining the business model where make service solution, in combination with:
1 tablet app ( used by supervisor ), 1 mobile app ( Used by participants to provide feedback), 1 Care portal (Used by clients to monitoring mood and insights of the research) and Smart Glasses ( device from where we generate data). Giving advices for going early to market to test the market and etc.
The biggest challenge was to combine multi dimension data to provide valuable insights and trends for the end user, as well for group of users.

My role was to create concept, implementing design, user interaction, build and manage team of 14 freelancers, contribute to business models from B2C to B2B as well contribute to the owners for company structure and business development.
The company had successful founding in seed round of 2,7 mil €

Responsible for product design from scratch, update UX and UI, bringing new ideas and concepts, invent new features based of data. Was involved in creating presentation sales strategies, marketing and leading the team of 20 people mixed development and operation. Was part of the product from 1000- 130 000 users.
Involved in Mobile applications design, Web Applications, Admin Panel, Preparing presentations and concepts, Data analyses and visualization, gamification and etc.
