Über mich
My work focuses on analysing and translating high dimensional omics datasets into clear biological conclusions that inform experimental direction, prioritisation, and next steps in research and discovery projects. I work across academia and industry and adapt my support to the scientific question, team setup, and decision context.
With a background in biomedicine and hands on experience in both wet lab research and computational analysis, I combine biological intuition with quantitative analysis. This allows me to go beyond generating results and to critically assess experimental design, biological relevance, and limitations of omics data. Furthermore, I collaborate on bioAI projects, supporting the development and evaluation of AI-based methods for omics analysis and biological interpretation.
I collaborate flexibly on a project basis or as longer term external scientific support.
