● Co-building an Agile Guild, Centre, or Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) tailored based on LeSS, NEXUS, SAFe and DAD
● Working on the portfolio level by co-designing and co-implementing Agile metrics for monitoring the company-wide state of the Agile
● Regular communication across diverse set of portfolio of stakeholders: Board of Directors, CTO, Senior leadership team, experts teams, Scrum/Kanban Teams
● Coaching EMs, POs, and other SMs on shaping and communicating product visions, roadmaps, backlogs, dashboards, and processes for monitoring, reporting, on-calls, and much more
● Stakeholder engagement in a global multi-cultural environment
● Educating C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers on business agility
● Designing, creating, and implementing new tools, techniques and processes to improve organization maturity in Agile
● Recommending and implementing changes to organizational procedures, processes, and governance systems/challenging the status quo
● Shaping and influencing new organizational structures around Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles (following Conway's law)
● Assisting the DevOps/SR teams in increasing CI/CD/CR maturity
● Coaching multiple virtual Scrum teams (Poland, Ireland, USA) working within the “Atlas Portfolio” and delivering a global WordPress Headless solution
● Facilitating all scrum ceremonies
● Assessing and improving team maturity from many perspectives
● Designing and delivering workshops and tools for implementing Management 3.0 and Liberating Structure Techniques
● Designing and delivering workshops and training based on whatever is needed at the current stage (coaching and mentoring others to do so)
● When needed, mediate conflicts and improve the team's maturity in managing internal conflicts. Some models that I'm using: INSIGHTS, DISC, Gallup, MBTI, MPA, SDI
● Mentoring and coaching Scrum Masters across the organization
● Helping in recruiting and interviewing new Scrum Masters
