Trendreport which is a company-wide guideline
• Leading the Creative Assortment Strategy for all categories,
Private Label and third party, implementing it together with
Category Management by balancing actual sales numbers as
well as future trends
• Product design for all categories within Private Label, working
with internal and external Product and Textiles Designers
• Product development: working with design, buying and quality
departments as well as factory visits
• Collection conception, from the initial idea to the final
products/collections
• Project planning for collection launches: interface between
creative, marketing, buying & supply chain management
• Managing the Portfolio-out process based on performance &
portfolio needs
• Supporting all departments in bringing the Westwing Collection
to the centerpiece of our offering as well as developing into a
product brand
