From strategic advisory to full-scale implementation, WM is a seasoned Business and IT leader with over 30 years of international experience in consulting, project management, and executive roles. Holding degrees in Electrical Engineering, Economics, and an MBA in International Business, he has successfully led complex IT and SAP programs across Europe and Southeast Asia.

WM has witnessed the evolution of IT since the 1990s and continuously updates his knowledge to stay ahead of the exponential pace of digital transformation. His expertise spans ERP/SAP (including S/4HANA), AI, BI, BPM, and international accounting standards. He has worked with top consulting firms and global enterprises, delivering multi-million-dollar IT programs, platform design, and governance frameworks.

Notably, he served as IT Expert in the role of CIO for a World Bank-funded university project in Vietnam, driving digital transformation for both legacy and new campus environments. He also chaired the Digital Sector Committee of EuroCham Vietnam, influencing national digital strategy (Vietnam 2030).

Beyond corporate leadership, WM has contributed to executive education, designing MBA curricula on AI, SAP Business AI, and digital innovation, and teaching business informatics and project management at universities and adult education institutions. A recognized thought leader, he has published white papers and delivered keynotes on digital strategy, GDPR compliance, and future skills development, fostering collaboration between enterprises, governments, and academia.

In his spare time, WM enjoys playing jazz and blues saxophone on stage and in the studio.
