Goal: evaluate the potential savings vs. revenue/profit losses of using Shopify.
Working through the feature set and customization tools of Shopify. Identifying the limits of the Shopify platform
and its customization. Estimation of the scope/cost to migrate to Shopify. Identify the gaps in features that would
arise.
Conclusion: Effort to migrate is high, the gaps / losses are high, it is not reasonable to migrate mature enterprise e-commerce to Shopify to save cost. Alternative to use Shopify headless is same cost/effort as current
platform.
