✅ Positioned a global Software Development company as a major industry player in Automotive by implementing Automotive-SPICE (aligned with Agile, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 26262) in its customer programs (300+ people organization; 20+ processes) and successfully passing the A-SPICE assessments.
✅ Increased the product and service quality of a global Technological company by designing & implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001 (2,000+ people organization; 15+ processes) and achieving & maintaining a company-wide ISO 9001 certification.
✅ Lowered the operational costs of an Information Technology department by consolidating all its 100+ resources into 2 data centers (1 primary and 1 Disaster Recovery), designing & implementing a Process Framework aligned with ITIL, COBIT, and eTOM (10+ processes), and restructuring & downsizing the organization (from several thousand people to less than 600).
✅ Secured the launch of a 3rd national GSM operator by legalizing the 1,000+ BTS's of a Telecommunications company in 3 months (to ensure GSM certification), training its 147 Customer Care Specialists on all IT systems right before the launch (1-week training, 12 parallel sessions, 7 months of preparation), and more.
