Born in 1967, he spent his childhood and adolescence in Northern Germany. He then studied in the city of Hamburg, Germany. He has been living and working in Switzerland since 2005.

With 30 years of professional experience in the service industry, including 15 years in ICT consulting, his multifaceted résumé makes quite an impression and features the inherent logic that serves as a robust foundation for the resolute administration of complex challenges.

The freelancer is a culturally avid world traveller, experienced high sea skipper, responsible family man and dedicated management consultant. In addition to completing his interdisciplinary stud-ies in business sciences and economics, he successfully attended courses in the departments of law, sociology, computer science and nautical science.

He has been busying himself with analytical planning, forecasting and simulation models, pattern recognition, nonlinear models, and data mining as well as geographic information systems since the year 2000.

The freelancer draws on life experiences that enrich his diverse skill set and strengthen his abilities with practical relevance.

He has a thorough command of the project methods and best practices that build the ITIL value chain from the business perspective and evaluation to the security, service delivery and change manage-ment right on up to the support and incident management.
