Migrating a Web Applications using LDAP Authentication though a windows server to a Microsoft based solutions
• Participation in effort estimation and project planning
• Testing and studding windows server LDAP (Active Directory) Services Object
• Adding some extra functionality to groups authentication as rules
• Developing specific algorithms to find inherited user groups
EX. Problem? Group A is member of Group B and group B has no rules and Group C as rule group B… So a user can join group B and we can join the group C, this is possible with active directory methods ex.(if User.groups.contains(C.rules)), so user contains B and can join C, but if user is member of A they will have the same permissions as a member of B, cause group A is member of group B, but Active directory methods does not binds the inherited groups. So I develop a algorithm to bind all my direct groups more the groups where this groups remembers as this User is members of A, but because A is member of B, this groups doesn’t come out so the algorithm provides for user . In this case the user is member of A and because A is member of B, user is Member of Both and then we can Say is to to join C, has C as rule B, if group C.rules.contains ( user.CustomAlgorithmGroups), let user to be membership, in this case User is members of A and A e member of B, so all groups in user will be A, B, and the function will return true.
