Leading teams to new developments and legacy design change projects, with direct experience in managing all aspects of the R&D hardware and software project life cycles. This has involved proposals, front end concept and scheme design studies, detailed designs, main project execution, project documentation, internal, factory and site acceptance qualification. Responsible for timely delivery of the projects meeting quality FDA regulated standards and reporting projects statuses to organization leaders. Member of Operational Leadership Team, responsible for program management, strategic planning. Responsible for deployment of new management techniques to execute projects on time and on budget.
