E. B. is a senior consultant with more than 15 years of international experience across procurement, finance, and ERP transformation. He has worked in the high-fashion sector as well as in complex industrial environments—including refineries, crush and seed-processing plants, and major greenfield construction projects—where he combined strong technical understanding with governance, documentation control, and cross-functional alignment.

His experience includes supporting overall project planning, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing documentation workflows, and contributing to operational readiness efforts. He has worked closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and external delivery partners—to ensure aligned, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Beyond his industrial background, E. has delivered multiple large-scale digital transformation programmes, including SAP S/4HANA, MES/MOM, and D365 Finance, as well as Procure-to-Pay ecosystems integrating Coupa with ERP platforms. He has strengthened procurement governance, financial controls, and end-to-end process frameworks across EMEA.

He currently leads the Finance & Indirect Procurement transformation for CHANEL’s GERCEE region, guiding the migration from AXv6 to Dynamics 365 and improving supplier onboarding, approval structures, compliance, and operational stability.
