I started programming software nearly 30 years ago, while still in my early studies. This interest grew during my university years and my graduation work involved development of scientific software in the field of numerical simulation.
My first two jobs involved further development of numerical simulation software (using finite elements and finite differences). My next job was a radical change as I went into desktop publishing, then switched to developing web sites (the World Wide Web was pretty new at the time).
I worked and still work as a consultant on and developer of web sites, mostly large, dynamic, database-powered web sites. Since 2004, I have moved to using TYPO3 for all manner of web sites.
Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI), IBM Cognos, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis (Weka), JDBC (Java Database Connectivity)
Peter is a recognized TYPO3 trainer and gives lectures on TYPO3 at the University level.
He has been a member of the TYPO3 Association board and is a member of the TYPO3 Expert Advisory Board and Lead of TYPO3 Education.
