Worked in a team to develop, deploy and support a software, Symphony, that manages Energy Trading, Logistics and Freight Commodity Trading. Most of the Clients are international oil, gas and trading companies.
- Responsible for the installation, configuration and manteinance of the internal dataservers (Sql 2012, Sql2008, Sql2000, Sybase Ase Server 12.5)
- Evaluation and requirements and configurations assessment on customer environments
- Designer of db structures for the software developments
- Deploy db packages on customers environments
- Support for customers around the world
- Data cleansing, query optimization, performance monitor and tuning, data transformation and migration, data collection and data purging, systems integration
- Analysis of some software implementations, in particular regarding the master data structures, the interfaces with external systems, the organization of supporting services
- Analysis and interface design in order to import ships, vessels and ports information from different providers
