Establishing a Global Master Data Strategy to govern data driven by value that will ensure an activity priorization based on tangible value and anticipated results.
Define and execute the master data management strategy and roadmap, continually evaluate strategy and roadmap with stakeholders to ensure value is realized.
Driving the global data governance framework and collaborating with business leaders to ensure business resources are properly engaged in the process
Develop, initiate and maintain global policies and procedures related to the management of master data within the organization
Manage and direct employees. Developing organizational structures to meet business objectives (by defining a service model and building internally staffed and outsourced team to effectively deliver services to the organization). Accountable for human resource processes including career development, salary reviews and performance management.
Oversight of existing platforms and processes to deliver required services to meet the expectations developed with stakeholders
Ensure an effective and fair management of Third parties and partners.
