Client was having issues with production support effectiveness. Created and lead a task force to address the issues reporting back to the senior Accenture Account Manager, initially with daily meetings between client business leads, Accenture counterparts and IT support personnel. Once good communication and protocols were established, production issue resolution improved, and weekly meetings were setup to continue with the new procedures going forward.

Danone USA was transitioning the recently acquired company 'Whitewave' to its SAP global template. My role was to help support EDI interfaces, in particular those with 3PL, but also O2C (Order-To-Cash) in the Hypercare phase of this SAP implementation. Also supported the final testing and cutover activities. In addition, conducted "Train the Trainer" SAP Order-to-Billing process flows sessions for Customer Support Managers , who then used the same course material to train their respective teams.

Accenture was managing a “Greenfield” S/4 Hana implementation for the client, and my role was to support the design phase for OTC, 3PL and EDI Interfaces.

Managed EDI side of German migration of legacy ERP (AS400) and EDI (Seeburger WinElke) environment to SAP (AFS) and Seeburger BIS5/6 environment. Also supporting new development and enhancements in other Triumph locations with a focus on Triumph retail business in Japan, utilizing SAP and SAP PI/PO.

In Europe, this involved upgrading the Seeburger WinElke and BIS 5 environments, and in Japan, moving from legacy ERP/EDI to a SAP AFS/PI/ PO based solution.

Managed SAP/B2B/EDI team and IT Projects for SCA in Europe and the Americas.
Responsible for consolidating EDI Infrastructure globally. Migrated multiple legacy EDI platforms to one central platform (SAP PI with Seeburger EDI adapters) and simultaneously managed EDI-related portion of global migration to SAP from legacy ERP platform.
