PMI-certified Program/Project Manager with in-depth experience in Software Development.
Experience in building PM processes (PMI-, Agile- compatible) from scratch, as well as recovering the projects in crisis. Led co-located and virtual teams.

Currently I am enrolled in the full-time MBA program at Mannheim Business School (Germany) and expect to graduate in September 2013. With my extensive Project Management experience and profound outlook in IT / Software Development industry I am looking for new professional challenges.

My recent experience is much concentrated on setting up structured software development project management processes (PMI, Agile SCRUM) from scratch, as well as recovering troubled projects in crisis and managing/ mentoring other project managers.

My professional interest is focused on building IT project management practice in strong conjunction with business. With MBA I bring a broad sense of international business picture, financial insights, marketing expertise and multicultural sensitivity. On the other side, I complement it by PMP qualification and functional software engineering experience in business analysis, quality management, and programming.
