Ich beherrsche sowohl die Methodik Agil als auch das Wasserfall-Model, und kann diese sehr gut in MS-Projekt abbilden und steuern.
Die Performanz des Projektes steuere ich nach eingebauten Schedule Performance Index (SPI) und Cost Performance Index (CPI), die in wöchentlichen oder monatlichen Berichterstattungen eingepflegt werden.
Um voraussagen zu können, dass das Projekt schwierige Ereignissen überwinden kann, erstelle und verwalte ich passende Risk Management Analysen und Management Werkzeugen mit eingebauten Mitigation-Plans und Contingencies (mit Triggern), die kontinuierlich gepflegt und erweitert werden. Die Risk Management Reports füge ich in den Gesamt-Projekt-Reports ein, und berichte diese an den Stakeholdern/ ans Management.
Meine Projektmanagementkenntnisse sind sehr stark und methodisch, so dass ich von Grund auf Projektumgebungen und alle Strukturen und Dokumente nach PMP (Project Management Plan) aufsetzen kann. Auch bei schon bestehende Projekte bin ich in der Lage diese zu analysieren und Verbesserungen einzuarbeiten.
Gute Kommunikation- und Team-Fähigkeit runden mein Profil ab.
Die für dieses Projekt beschrieben Anforderungen und erwartende Kenntnisse erfülle ich ganz, und werde diese auch leisten.
