For our client in Stockholm (Sverige) we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Senior consultant (m/f) with experience from international companies.

Description:
In urgent need of a resource that evaluates, suggest improvements/develops existing
programs and processes (20-30 hours a week)
● Review existing processes and programs and develop processes/propose
improvements in the area of compensation and benefits.
● Suggest/Develop guidelines, policies, instructions in the area of compensation
and benefits.
● Knowledge of incentive programs and equity programs
● Have the compliance perspective
We are looking for a compensation and benefits senior consultant with experience
from international companies.

Skills:
● Problem solving: Review existing processes and programs and develop
processes/propose improvements in the area of compensation and benefits,
adapted to the Klarna culture.
● Knowledge of incentive programs and equity programs
● Have the compliance perspective
