Senior Technical Programme Manager | Automotive, E/E, EV, ADAS, SDV, BESS

I am a Senior Technical Programme Manager and System Lead with over 25 years of experience in complex engineering environments across automotive OEMs, Tier-1/2 suppliers, M2M/IoT, and industrial automation.

My focus is on end-to-end product and system responsibility, supporting the full lifecycle from concept and architecture through development, validation, industrialisation, and successful series production (SOP).

Core Expertise:
- E/E architectures and system integration (ECU, domain controllers, gateways, SDV)
- Electrification and energy systems (EV powertrain, BMS, inverters, charging infrastructure, BESS)
- ADAS / autonomous driving (L2–L4+) and sensor fusion
- HMI / Interior systems (including haptic interfaces, infotainment, UX)
- Connectivity & OTA (FOTA/SOTA), V2X / Car2X communication
- Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO 21434)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Technical Programme / Project Manager
- Functional Owner / System Owner
- Domain Lead / Technical Lead
- Senior Interim Manager (EE / CTO level)

I take responsibility at the interface of engineering, suppliers, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, delivery, and technical integrity.

Experience & Delivery:
- Leading international project teams and cross-functional organisations
- Supplier evaluation, nomination, and management (RFI / RFQ / RFP)
- Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Steering Committee (SteerCo) leadership and executive alignment
- Validation, testing, and industrialisation processes
- Development of safety concepts (FMEA, FTA) and system compliance
- Support of homologation and global product deployment

International Experience:
Extensive international project experience across Europe, APAC, the Middle East, and the Americas, combined with a strong global network of OEMs, suppliers, and decision-makers.

Communication & Interfaces:

Hardware & Firmware Development:
- Analog and digital circuit design including PCB layout
