TätigkeitsbeschreibungCustomer which went life 2023. Since then several implementation partners and freelancer have tried to bring this customer back on track. Main issues are in Recruitment, HCM, Comp and Learning. Reputation was bad. We have launched a total review of the modules. I led workshops and implemented complex solutions. The 1st part Recruiting is done and Workdays images is turning back to positive. We are now in HCM esp. the security concept, process inefficiency, integrations and knowledge transfer. Once we are done with the HCM odule we will continue with COMP ats ist packages and eligibilty rules. Besides the "normal" modul work I also build a reporting hub structure for dedicated stakeholders.
