- Managing a project team of 20 PLM/ALM-engineers (Data-, System Engineering and Functional Management) based in Germany and UK
- Creating a project plan, roadmap and validation plan
- Creating a Data Migration plan, for all relevant data structures like Articles, Products, Structures, BOM's and (Evidence) Documents.
- Setting up with IT Assurance the Quality Assurance setup, by defining and creating all relevant tests like PQ and OQ testing, including setting up the validation plan, to be compliant to all FDA-regulations
- Coordinating the data migration from the extract of the source system towards the Data Load into the goal system.

- Implementation of Glue Data Catalog and Data Marketing Dashboard
